More than 5,000 years ago, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Sri Krishna, descended to this earth to protect the pious, annihilate the miscreants, and reestablish the principles of religion.
Janmashtami is celebrated with much enthusiasm and fervor at ISKCON Khopoli. Thousands of devotees throng the temple for Darshan. The entire temple room is decorated with fragrant flowers, and the Lord is offered spectacular new garments.
